The Cowboy Legacy Reunion & Rodeo is now accepting applications for vendors for the 2023 event . 
Please be sure to download & read over the application completely. We try to ensure that there is limited overlap in products sold to allow our vendors the best opportunity to sell their products; however, we cannot guarantee nor will we commit that another vendor is not selling a similar product. We will do our best to appropriately space apart similar vendors, but with a limited space, it is often not possible

Rodeo onMarch 17-19th, 2023 will be held at the Johnson County Sherriff’s Posse 

on Hwy 174 in Cleburne, TX 76033

Hours

*Friday , March 17th Events start at 6:00 pm and will run till finished
*Saturday, March 18th, 2023 Events start at 12:00 pm and will run till finished
*Sunday, March 19th Events starts at 12:00 pm and will run till finished

Booth Info

*All booths will be located indoors in the dirt.
*Rugs or tarps may be placed on the ground if needed but must be secured down.
*Even though we will be inside you may use a canopy if you would like.
Each vendor will be responsible in providing your own coverage if so.
ALL canopies must be secured to the ground while event is going on.
*Electricity will be provided upon request only.
*No generators will be allowed inside.
(You must provide your own extension cord to be ran to electrical outlet.)
*Vendor must supply tables and chairs for booth set-up.
Cowboy Legacy Reunion nor Shepherd’s Valley will provide them.
* Vendors are required to clean up their space prior to leaving.
The Booth space will be returned to the condition it was in prior to arrival. 

Booth sizes

10 x 10 – $120 per space for all 3 days or $50 per day
10 x 20 – $195 per space all 3 days or $75 per day

Set Up/Dismantle

*Friday, March 17th Set-up will start at 3 PM.
Vendors must complete set-up by 6:00 pm.
Vendors may leave anytime after 9:00.

*Saturday, March 18th Set-up will start at 9:00 am.
Vendors must complete set-up by 10:30 pm.
Vendors may leave anytime after 9:00.

*Sunday, March 19th Set-up will start at 9:00 am.
Vendors must complete set-up by 10:30 am.
Vendors may leave anytime after 4:00 pm.

*Vendors may leave booths in tack overnight if attending all 3 days.

Cancellation

*Cancel prior to March 1st, 2023 – 50% Refund
*Cancel on or after March 16th, 2023 – No Refund (This includes if you leave during the event)
